Additionally contained in this recent document drop appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated development schemes to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section identifying distinct areas of the property.
Accompanying the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring designs for marina coverings.
